Was a V4/5 user who 'strayed' into VMS6 Plat and then did the sale price upgrade to V8Pro to get more tracks and other new features.
Had a family project in December that had serious rendering problems and did lots of posts and sent trouble ticket to Sony etc etc. Got it partially done by splitting into parts. Now need to finish it and have these observations:
1. 8b doesn't seem to fix the crash issues
2. I note the success people have with 7d and the suggestion to export via EDL to go backwards on a project.
3. Presume this won't work with my VMS6 plat so what is best/cheapest way to get a copy of 7d?
Appreciate any help/suggestions. Looking to get back to a bullet-proof product as I have a couple new ones to start.
