Is there a place to control the playback of videos that I am reviewing on the time line?

I am not asking about

• skipping frames by placing the cursor on the time line every few seconds
• speeding up the final video (I know to this using Ctrl + mouse drag)

I review miniatures with high levels of detail, and I have to go over every inch of the video to make sure all the details are in focus, and snip out those that aren't. But because there are many products and the video is long, it takes forever watching along at the actual speed.

I'm looking for something like YouTube that allows you watch at 1.25x, 1.5 x and so on speed.
