How to insert jpeg into VV3

New to VV3 and Im trying to inport a jpeg into my VV3 timeline, is there an easy way of doing this?

Click on the "Explorer" tab at the bottom of the screen. Find the file on your drive and drag it onto the timeline. It will default to 4 seconds long, but you can drag the edge to make it longer or shorter.

You can also highlight a whole group and drag to the timeline.
