How to let V4 know where I moved a script?

Hi all,
I feel sure there's a way to show V4 where I moved my script files...or at least be able to delete the old buttons and reassign them to the new location of the script files...right?

Delete buttons, simply remove them from the toolbar.

Delete associations, haven't found a way.

Change associations, just press CTRL-SHIFT and the number to pick the new location for the script OR assign it to a different script.
