how to make link work and subtitles

Can somebody tell me were I went wrong. I tried to play two files automatically by using the instructions in show me how. I created the link ok and thought I had completed the instructions correctly but when it is to play the second file it just goes black. I tried making a play list and it did the same thing. I think I am going to like Architect if I ever learn to make it work. Also can architect be programmed to have an option of displaying subtitles?

Also can architect be programmed to have an option of displaying subtitles?Yes. Note in the picture above that there is an option to "Set Subtitle Track." You add your subtitle track on the timeline, below the video and audio track shown above. Then, to actually turn it on, you either change the setting shown above, or else you can create a special "turn subtitles ON" button and then enable the subtitles as a method for that object.
