Using Vegas 4. I also have V5 but not using it on this project.

I have two hours of film transfers to video to be edited for a client, titles added, and events rearranged to put them into the correct order.

How can I label the events so that the labels travel with the events?
Something like a marker or region would be great, but markers and regions stay fixed on the timeline when the event is moved to a new position.
