How to move Markers with video & audio tracks?

I'm trying to insert an intro into a Vegas project.

I have a bunch of markers placed in the project for chapter points when I render for DVD Architect.

How can I insert my intro and have all my video, audio & markers move to the right to make room for the intro?

I "selected all" & "grouped" to be able to drad the video & audio over but the markers stay put. Lock envelopes to events is on and Ignore Event Grouping is off.

If you set the marker in the trimmer window the marker will stay the event. There's also something you can do with post-edit ripple (page 73 in Vegas manual).
