How to open .mov (Motion JPEG video, MJPG) in Vegas Pro 17 ?

I'm trying to use .mov files from some years ago in a current Vegas Pro 17 (codec according to VLC is Motion JPEG video, MJPG).
I remember being able to open them with previous version of Vegas (probably 13 or 15), now Vegas Pro 17 won't recognise them.

I think that it's still possible to use them installing some software or some option but I don't remember precisely.

How to include them in Vegas 17 project?

I think I found first step, going to

Preferences > Deprecated feautres > (enable Quick Time plug-in).

I think I now need to reinstall Quick Time.

Minutes later: ok, this solved it.
