How to properly use ACES color space in VEGAS Pro 18?

I'm still learning about ACES workspace, from my understanding it will unify all footage in timeline into 1 color space, which is ACES it self regardless the video gamut, color sciences etc (Slog2, Slog3, Clog, Vlog. HLG /Color gamuts etc etc).

I don't found any proper in depth tutorial for VEGAS on using ACES workflow. I have some footage from ZCAM, Sony & Canon, how do I assign them? And there's bunch of ACES template I can choose, what each ACES do? (ACEScc, ACEScct etc etc)

Can someone share a proper workflow from setting up the project settings (Pixel format, compositing gamma etc), assigning the media profiles (Right click media color spaces) all the way to exports. Some media I'm editing were shots on Cine profiles, like Sony Cine4 or DJI Mavic Air CineD-like color profiles, which I'm sure there is no specific gammut/profiles if u customize it in camera (Cine 4 sgamut3.cine for an example).

Also, I'm using BenQ PD2700U 4K Monitor, I can change the viewing mode into REC709, sRGB, HDR etc from the display pilot.

Thanks!

(Edit)

I do found this tutorial video awhile ago, but its quite old to be compared with new VP18
