I did two top layers of compositing mode with displacement maps, the thing now is that the elements below, they are not centered, how do I change that so as to recenter them? Do I have to select each element and pan them or is there a better way to do it?

Also, I don't want a specific layer below to be affected by the displacement map, what do I do?
