A while back my hard drive died and I had vages pro edit install on it. I would like to reinstall it but the key says it being used on another email or computer. I would like to see if I can recovery this key.
Log into your account on the Magix website and remove the activation on the old computer. Then you can activate it on the new one.
I did that and it dose not show I have the Key on my account its says it on another email, but I only used the one.
Apparently you used another e-mail address the first time (even if it was a typo). You will have to get with Magix support to resolve that.
How do I do that I been looking but only finding this form no support phone number or email.
@Fred-Smith4256 I'm seeing in our system that your serial was activated earlier this morning. Were you able to resolve this?
