How to render MotionJPEG.mov o Pjeg from MS

With out an outside program, is there a way to render Quicktime MotionJpeg or Pjpeg from MS (need to be at least 24 mpbs quality).

I found StreamClip which seems to work and its free, but if it is possible to do MotionJpeg A from with MS I'd rather do that.

Motion JPEG (MJPEG) MOV is listed as a Quicktime custom format in Vegas.
I don't believe it's been removed.

Found it by click on a QT format and going into the listed codecs. Not easy to find but it is there. Thank you.
