How to report a glitch in program? I know they want to make it next to impossible to contact them, so whats the secret?

IN VP 18 if you split a clip and then use the Edit Select tool to select the part of the clip you want to delete and then use the del key on keyboard to delete, it does nothing, but you can delete with the mouse

Use the SUPPORT selection at the top of the forum. Unfortunately, it is an ordeal to go through all the questions and filters to get to the page where you can lodge a support request.

BTW, are you using the DEL key on the numeric pad (just below '3') or the DEL key on the main keyboard section (often in the group including INS, HOME, END, PG UP and PG DN)?

If you are using the numeric pad DEL key, NUM LOCK needs to be disengaged in order for the DEL key to work in VEGAS Pro - at least on my keyboard anyway.
