I downloaded Sony Vegas 13 the trial version and when i downloaded it the trial was working fine for the 30 days but half of the time I deleted the program to make some space on my computer and when I re-downloaded it it left off at where the trial was at and the next few days later it ended and I was confused because most of the time I never used it and the program was still going and I didn't have it on my computer at the time now I downloaded Sony Vegas 17 and I haven't started the trial at all not even once and soon as I popped up the application it said my trial version was already over and I haven't used it once please help?

MAGIX purchased all the Vegas Lines from SONY back in 2016. There isn't a Vegas product since and including VP14 now badged as SONY. My strongest, politest suggestion would be to contact MAGIX directly. I'm sure they'd assist you? Would you like the MAGIX contact email address? I wish you well.

I'm not sure Magix would even officially support a trial version of software that is 6 years old, when there have been 4 official releases since. Download the Vegas 17 trial.
