How to resize the dimensions of the project?

I remember putting the project on 1920x1080p and 59 fms and now it says, under the preview screen - Project:500x500x32, 12.500p . WTF? I've spent hours on this project and now it resized to a small one somehow.

IS THERE ANYWAY TO REUSE THE MARKERS AND THINGS I HAVE DONE ON THE PROJECT ON A NEW ONE?

Why don't you change the size back in Project Properties?
