I am looking for a shortcut in Vegas Pro 18.
I select a region on timeline. There are many various events (both videos and audio events) on timeline within a selected region. I would like to have them (audio and video events) selected to let me copy them (by clicking CTRL+C) and paste in another vegas project.
How can I select both audio and video events withint region by one click - what is a shurtcut for it in VP18?

I haven't tried it this way before as suggested by Jack S, but I'm finding that rather than using a region selection, highlighting a loop section on the timeline, then using Ctrl+C then Ctrl+V elsewhere on the timeline successfully copy/pastes the highlighted multi-track loop section. As in the past, I find that selecting CTRL+A selects the entire timeline without reference to regions or loops. Though maybe I'm not doing it the right way.
UPDATE: As long as the region selection is highlighted in the same way as the loop section is highlighted as I mentioned before, Ctrl+C and Ctrl-V works successfully just the same. I think its more to do with the L to R highlighting on the timeline rather than the in/out points for the regions or loops.
@Grazie .... only options offered based on Jack S's comment. If there is a one-click solution to the OP's question, I'd really like to know about it too. What I found was simply to use the mouse to highlight the timeline between the regions tabs (or loop tabs - or just any highlighted area for that matter) and then hit Ctrl-C. It's a 2 step process but still only one-click on the mouse.
I use Excalibur. And you can make at a one-click or one-key solution by assigning the select events tool to the toolbar or to a keypress.
@marcinzm It may not be quite as efficient as you want, but.
If you double-click the region then press Ctrl+A, this will select all the events in that region. You can then copy them with Ctrl+C.
This solution doesn`t work in my Vegas Pro 18 Suite. Double-click on region selects area within a region, but pressing CTRL+A doesn`t select audio and video clips within the region. So CTRL+C doesn`t copy anything.
