How to set a constant border on a moving photo?

Moving a photo left to right across the screen. Tried using UltimateS MotoFoto. tried from scratch. The border changes size as the event pans across the screen. How to stop this and stop the border enlarging and shrinking? Thanks.

Sony Border FX on the picture to get the frame plus Track Motion on the track to make the movement and to get the size wanted ?

Add the border to the image in Photoshop or similar app. No more problem :)

The border in Ultimate S Pro is just the Sony Border FX with our custom preset. It is a fixed border and should not be changing unless you added keyframe to the size by mistake. Can you post a link to a video of this behavior so that we can see what's going on?
