How to Set Windows interface

I am doing screen capture and I want the Win 98 look.
When i capture the classic theme I end up with a grey -green interface in my movies.
Is there a way to fine tune the main interface colors?
All the settings I see in the control panel are for "text box" ...ect

Hi OB,

It should be in there... "Item = Desktop", there should be a color swatch.

You can also select a theme or create one...
