I am rendering a movie to stream on a website and using the .wmv version 8 extension. I would say I am setting everything correctly to stream the best quality at 56.6K dial-up, however, recently a friend who is also using VV4 did a similar operation, only difference being when you click to stream the movie on his website, the movie won't start playing until atleast 50% has downloaded, where as mine start at around 10% and in turn stop 'n' start while it plays catch up.
We have no idea how we managed to get this situation. Is there a setting that tells your media player when to start playing?
