How to Tile a Clip so There is No Black Space When Zooming Out

I don't quite know how to put my problem into words, but I'll try with examples.

I want to be able to tile a clip, so multiple versions of it appear around it, however, I don't want it to be there the whole time.

Basically, It should be tiled, but only one of the tiles is shown unless I'm in a transition.

In my video, there are multiple transitions like spinning ones and zooming out. When you zoom out or spin, you can see black spaces where there is no visuals to display. If I tile the clip, then those black spaces will be filled with visuals, the cloned versions.

I am using Sony Vegas 13.0

Here are some screenshots outlining my problem:

Sorry, I tried to understand what it is that you are asking for but couldn't figure it out.

Basically, if you look at the images you can see black spaces right?

I want those black spaces to be filled with tiled image of the original.

Ok, let me ask you a question. Do you know how to use Parent/Child tracks in Vegas? I think I would create the layers on various tracks in Vegas using Track Motion. Then I would make all of those tracks a child to a Parent track with an empty event. Make the Parent track 3d and then you can move and twist all of the tracks as you please without changing their relationship with each other.

I tried out with Parent/Child tracks, making a new track with the clip that was a child of it, and I would say it works quite well, thanks!

I never new that I could use the Parent/Child tracks, in fact I think i completely forgot. But It works, thanks a lot!

Are you making the events transition away to black or something else? If you're transitioning to black I'm not sure how things would look.
