How to track the still image to bmp file?

After I load my video file via cable to Video capture, how can I save my still image to bmp format?

Hi Lynne,

You can save the still image to .bmp format by copying it to clipboard (click 'capture image' or hit ctrl+shift+r), then open an image editor like Microsoft Paint and do a ctrl+v to paste the clipboard image into the program. Then you can save it from that image editor as a .bmp after your editing. Also, in VideoFactory 2, in Options/Preferences/Capture there is a checkbox that lets you capture your stills as jpegs. If that is de-selected the images that are captured will be bitmaps.
