how to turn off audio track automation lines

2 out of 10 tracks mysteriously have that long AUTOMATION line on it now, changing all the levels at once. I dont want to use that, I just need it gone and can't figure it out.
How do I shot those off?

If you're actually talking about Automation, hit the dropdown next to the red button on the track header to select options. Toggle the button to turn it on and off.

If your talking about a volume envelope, on the top menu depress Insert / Audio Envelopes / Mute etc. Check or uncheck to make it visible.

thanks looks like it was the audio envelopes. I hate it when random stuff happens. I must be bumping buttons or something

The keyboard 'V' key toggles the Volume envelope view/hide. 'P' for Pan and 'E' for the other audio plug in automation env. (if added). Sorry.. don;t know that many of the video automation shortcut keys.
