How to use Chroma Keyer?

i want to add a motion backgound but dont know how to do that? do i use chroma keyer or what? go to http://www.stonefieldmedia.com/films/sfm_archive.html
and i want to have a different backgorund like in that "My James Bond Movie Opening Sequence" video on the website. but not excatley flames i will add flames but i just want o remove the background

Then shoot your footage against a greenscreen, and use the Chromakey tool to remove the green and replace it with what you want.
There are several tutorials on Chromakeying on the VASST site, there are dozens on the DigitalMediaNet site, and a few hundred around the web.
