Sounds like you need to Register that software.

When you install the boris plugins, it gives the option to remove unlicensed plugins. If you do not check this option, it will install all the plugins in the boris suite, even the ones you do not own. So, you end up with half the plugins having a red X over them. The only way to fix is to re-install and select that option to remove unlicensed plugins or buy those plugins.
