how to use the elements overlay

I just purchased Vegas Movie Studio 17 and suppose to come with Elements 3 overlay. How do I find it?

Please confirm you purchased either the Platinum or Suite versions.

Hello, I purchased the Platinum 17 today and NewBlue Elements 3 Overlay , and New Blue Titler Pro 7 Express, and Boris FX Sapphire Render Unit, all 3 of these was suppose to be included with the download.. I have no idea if it actually did or maybe I just don't know how to get to it...
