Anyone know how to get TMPEGEnc to make the video files that DVDA requires.

Normaly I'd just stick with MCs encoder but this clip from a client has a REALLY bad jump in it that MC just doesn't handle and I want to try TMPEGEncd at its very best settings to see if it performs any better.
