How to work with 30p and 60i on same timeline?

I'm shooting a concert in a few days with 3 cameras. 2 of them will shoot at 30p and/or 60i. The 3rd will only shoot at 60i. The final renders will be MP4 for web and computer viewing. I've heard (and this may be wrong) that 30p would be preferred for shooting. Is there much, if any problem shooting on 2 cams at 30p and the other at 60i? What should the project settings be? Or should I shoot with all of them at 60i?

It has to be 30p for the web, so shoot that.
You may want to try Handbrake or Avisynth for deinterlacing the 60i, instead of Vegas.

Thanks, musicvid10 - I was actually hoping that was the answer, as it was already my plan... Just wanted to make sure there wasn't something I was missing.
