how to zoom

hey im a bit of a rookie and kno nothing bout this program!
was wondering if it is possible to zoom in on things that are in the video track section?? does that make sense?

You use pan/crop, and change the height/width, to whatever you'd like...Hope this helps..I'm not very good at explaining things. :)
