Hub Service Starter Pack ?

Hello,
I've purchased the V23 lifetime version with Hub Starter Pack, but when I try to use "Ai Speech To Text" after connecting the Vegas Hub, it says that I need 365 licence.
I thought I had some credits with the Hub Service Starter Pack ? How to use these credits and check how much credits I have ?

While I can't provide an explanation about the 365 message that you are getting, Vegas Pro 23's product page does provide information about Hub allowances:

Yes I've seen this page, that's why I don't understand.
Is it possible ton contact Vegas support directly ? I haven't found anything except this forum

When you purchased VP23 you received an email that inclcudes a code for the Starter Pack that you have to use in the Vegas Hub.

@Chris021: Please check your order confirmation e-mail for the voucher code and redeem it within the software:

Step 1: Open open the Hub window (labeled "VEGAS Hub").
Step 2: Click on "My profile". If you are not yet logged in, please log in using your MAGIX account.
Step 3: Enter your voucher code in the "Redeem Voucher" field and then click on "Redeem"

OK thanks, I had to reboot Vegas to see the "Hub Benefits" section
