I am using a free ware version of a Huffman type encoder. The coder is set up to be part of the video
compression devices in Win98SE (In the multimedia control). It appears that all of my multimedia
programs will decode properly i.e. players except for Video Factory which you can see is clearly not
using the decoder. Is there a way to force VF to use a particular windows codec? The funny thing is it
seems to work with other codecs just fine. I have not tried them all but for example it runs fine with the
Brooktree codec (video chip bt4x8)
