Huge files

How do I get my files small enough to email them. my files are 2-300 MB for 1-2 minutes. Could someone help me? Please

You must choose a rendering method that includes compression! Depending upon who your audience is will determine what method to use. As a start, you might want to try Windows Media Video (.wmv) then choose the 28.8 Kbs or 56.0 Kbs template.
