I bought Vegas Pro 9 before the discount period expired but have only just bothered to install it in the last couple of days. Consequently, I have commenced directly with 9.0c. With every other version (3, 4, 5 and 8) I could see video frames all along the timeline. It was easy to see where I wanted to be and I could just zoom in as necessary using the up-arrow key. Now, no matter what format I load up (avi, mpg, m2t etc), the video is all white except for three frames of video - one at each end and one in the middle.

Is this the way it's supposed to be? I hate it! I always go through the Preferences setup before starting to work with to a new version, but I couldn't see anything that might relate to this.

Any solutions offering, anybody?
