Vegas 21 POST? From where did you purchase Vegas 21 POST yesterday? Version 21 is the previous version of Vegas Pro and is no longer available from MAGIX - the current version is version 22.

As part of the starting Vegas pro after installing it, you would have had to have registered and activated Vegas Pro via your My Account (via a new or existing account) on MAGIX's website. To double-check the Vegas Pro version you have, go to My Products on your MAGIX My Account and check the version of Vegas Pro 21 there.

@Dexcon I live in Korea, so I bought Vegas in Korea, the Vegas 22 hasn't officially been released in Korea yet, so the Vegas 21 version is the latest in Korea.

I've already activated the Vegas 21 post, but it's still not working like that

Normally you install and open VEGAS Pro first and then you register it. Open VEGAS Effects next and it should work. You have to use the serial number to register VEGAS Pro that is for Post 21.

As it doesn't sound like that worked, I'd suggest asking the Korean distributor for help. You could also create a support request here for assistance.

The error you are seeing usually occurs for media which VEGAS Pro can support, but VEGAS Effects cannot.

Please post details about the media you are trying to use.
