I bought Vegas Pro 22 upgrade from 19 and still have a question

The download servers are down right now. I can't download the program installer. Also, will I have access to Speech to Text Editing now? So that I delete different texts, and it also deleted itself. It's being touted as a cool feature. It doesn't require Vegas Pro SUITE, does it?

Once you install and activate VEGAS Pro 22 and log into VEGAS Hub, you can access to it immediately. Note that both Speech-to-text and text-to-speech are limited by a certain credit, and you can check your remaining credit in VEGAS Hub.

whats credit?? is it still paid even if i paid for vegas pro 22???? or this credit will update everyday/week?

Thanks, but can you explain how it works? Will the minutes I edited be written off, or will the minutes of the entire audio be written off?
