Sorry but could you clarify the sentence: " but transitions, video fx, media generation are not some effects." It is unclear what that means. Do you mean the built-in Vegas effects are not working after you installed the plug-ins?

Sapphire installs all of the plugins it has, even the ones that are not included in the suite, unless you tell it to delete the ones that are not licensed during installation.
