Hi!

Yesterday I updated my Vegas Studio Pro from 17 to 21. It suposses it was included two packs of Actionvfx effects, with a value upper than 600 $, but when I've tried to go to Actionvfx web and redeem my codes (sent by email from Vegas) they doesn't work. They say: "Invalid Code".

I've tried today again but the problem persists.

I've tried to contact with the technical support but I haven't got any response, only an automated message about a different problem. I've sent a new support request a few minutes ago.

Any idea? Has someone had the same problem?
