I can't log in to VEGAS Hub, the MAGIX website, etc.

Despite 100% knowing that my password is correct, every time I try to log in to VEGAS Hub (on VEGAS Pro 20 which I just purchased) or even the MAGIX website and this website (I can log in to the ".info" part for some reason) it says I have the incorrect password. I've tried to reset my password but I didn't get a reset link until an hour later, and upon clicking it I got a "link is invalid" message. Finally I got a reset link to work and I changed my password, which is how I signed in to here. After that I tried to sign in to the main ".com" website and it locked me out saying I had too many incorrect logins.

I apologize if this isn't the right place to ask this question. I am very unfamiliar with this forum page. I'm just genuinely frustrated that my simple login isn't working and I can't find a support page that helps.

I will provide any other information that is needed, of course. I appreciate any and all help!

Thank you! I'm still having slight password issues, but I think I was mainly confused because of VEGAS Hub, which I hadn't heard of until purchasing VEGAS Pro 20.
