I can't render my video project

I'm using Sony Vegas 11. When I render video, it it pops up message "an error occured while creating Media file. The could not be opened. Make sure the file exists and that you have access to The file/folder". Help please 🥺

Have you rendered before or is this a new problem?

@Former user Before, i can render as normal. And this is new peoblem i inever face. Even i make new video project and tey test my previous video project, then render it, it pops up same as this propblem. What should i do?
