I cant open one of my .veg files.

Hello, I am a young YouTuber trying to render a video in sony vegas. I edited it last night and I tried to render it. The video wouldn't render past a certain frame, but I think that is because I heavily edited that part. Now it is the next day and I can't open the file. I tried dragging it in, opening it without sony vegas open, and using the "Open" function. All of them say "An error occurred while loading the project. The proper stream could not be found in the media" I have the .veg file in the exact location though. When I press ok it used to create these weird .sfap0 files that I have never seen before. Please help.

Try moving snowboarding#3.veg to a different folder, then rename snowboarding#3.veg.bak to snowboarding#3.veg and see if that opens. If so, you may have to redo the last thing you did with it the previous day, but at least you’ll have the bulk of it.

I tried it. The original snowboarding#3 would open but nothing would show up. But the new showboarding#3 opened but it gave me the same error and if it didn't give me an error then would be just a black video with no sound.
