This is Vegas 19 installed over windows 10, I only use the downloadable content that comes with the bundle when I upgraded from Vegas 17 to 19. This issue happened also on my Vegas 17, just sometimes start, and other it does, just like now I was able to reopen it, but had to restart my PC about 3 times

Hi, thanks in advance for being helping. That build you mention I am not sure as I dont understand much about it, I just download it before yesterday. I am using a GTX GEFORCE NVIDIA, the program when it opens it runs just well, I dont put high demand on it as I edit very simple stuff. I use an Intel core I7 9th gen

So probably the program opens. But your problem in the opening post was that it did not start.
When does it start and when not?

Its just random, but when it doesnt, it takes several restarts,
