I-CAUGHT: Anybody Upload Vids There? Format Q

Meaning, ABC's I-Caught TV program.

I'm considering uploading a clip, but there seems to be no help or FAQ section there, so it's a total mystery as to what would be the best upload format. I would like to avoid or minimize YouTube type clip destruction.

I uploaded one a while back as mpeg 2 I believe, and it was from some cheap software that came with my JVC. It turned out pretty good, much better than my youtube vids do.

Thanks for response and info. I did upload it, but I realized later that it's really not the place for my kind of stuff. I figured since Bush is in the MIddle East and I've got a soft spot for it, I'd toss in my "philosophical" p.o.v. in my particular visual style.

But you can see it using the link at the below posting. I'd welcome your audio "reality check" input too :)
