I could not register my audio studio version with windows 10

Hi, Here's my problem , I bought your audio studio sound forge version 10 and when it's time to register with the key it doesn't work . It suppose to restart and nothing happen . Can you help me with a solution please. My key number is ****.Thanks in advance for your time.

I removed your serial number so that nobody else can use it.
