I found out when i turn the opacity of that one background, the timecode isn't here anymore. However there is no timecode attached to the media ...

That is the Vegas Timecode plug-in. It could be on an event, track, master bus or preview. You can bypass all video plug-ins by clicking the Screen View icon in the preview window. Best though to just remove it.

check 4 places of fx placement:

Media FX, Video Event FX (most commonly known place), Track FX, and Video Output FX.

It's possible of accident placement
