I got a weird problem..

Ok so, lets say i copy a piece of audio.

Then, i take that audio and place it again in another part of a video, then, every single time i edit the audio even fx like distortion or volume, all other same audio clips have those properties too!

By this i mean, both the audio part i WANT to be louder and the one i dont want to be louder are loud. Basically i'm trying to say that the audio i orignially copy and pasted is loud, which i do not want, but the same piece of audio on a DIFFERENT part is.

Looks like you added the audio fx as Media FX instead of Event FX.

Could you describe step by step how you add audio fx?

No, i made it audio event fx..

So, i take an audio piece from a part of this video, then paste it into a different part of the video audio and use event fx to make it louder. But then rather than the original staying the same volume as it was, it's also loud.

And all i do is audio event fx>volume and increase the volume silder, and thats it

I can't repro here. Which version of Vegas Pro and which build do you use?
