With all of your intelligence Red, why don't you grow up and learn how to take criticism?

I don't claim to be a professional.... I don't have to .... here's a list of some of the internationally released albums I have worked on and at what capacity:

Partial List

& what is your name on?

NOTHING but a fifth grade History Teacher roster who use to claim he worked for AKG (never did) and now designs car stereos for .....WHO? ..... I think your moonlighting at the local HH Gregg installing car stereos...

As far as "Knowing how to abbreviate" ...I abbreviated "tmrpro" based on the lowest number of letters to create an available website domain name about 10 years ago (www.tmrpro.com) and it has just stuck...

Grow up .... maybe hanging around with all those fifth graders has made you begin to act like one. Or it could have been those car stereo installers with their sailor mouths and all that pro knowledge you got from hangin with car stereo guys with remote controls for their car stereos who think they need to have Sony help make an application that coincides with their stupid toy fetish ideas that in real world applications take professionals NO WHERE!!!

"I don't claim to be a professional.... I don't have to .... here's a list of some of the internationally released albums I have worked on and at what capacity:"

Haaaaahhahahahh!!!!! This is exactly the kind of stuff everyone was talking about. The even funnier part is the irony in that sentence, I don't expect you to see it, because it's too hard for you to get that head of yours unstuck from your ass, but I'm sure everyone else can clearly see the irony.

"why don't you grow up and learn how to take criticism?"

I have no trouble taking criticism for something that I said, but when you come in here and misinterpret my posts, and everyone elses afterwards, and come in and criticize me and the others for your misinterpretation, then yes I'm not going to take that. Why, can't you just admit that you were wrong? I've already explained to you what the "real" interpretation of my post was and where I was headed, and you just can't except that you where wrong.

"I abbreviated "tmrpro" based on the lowest number of letters to create an available website domain name about 10 years ago"

haaaaha..ha..haha<gasp>. Yea we all know websites domains couldn't be created with seven letters back then.....let's see www.microsoft.com, oh damn that's way over a 6 letter limit. Oh this must be your knew website you're working on, after you finally realized productions was abbreviated "prod"

www.Tmrprod.com

I love it when you try to do the personal attacks on me too, just like you've done on webpuppy. The funny thing is that you have no clue as to what I really do no matter, how many times I've explained it to you. I guess you're just stupid, and there's not much that I can do about that. I'm an ENGINEER Todd, a real one, one with a profeesional degree that you need to go to school for. Not one where you go to a 10 week training course and they hand you a certificate at the end of the class, although I've been through that training too. Oh, yeah I also taught those classes for 5 years, but for some reason Todd is too stupid to realize that those are not 5th graders, unless 5th graders ages range from 16 to 45.

Keep going "pro", I'm here all week and just reading the stupidity in your posts, just keeps me laughing even harder.

If you are a "REAL ENGINEER", Brian Franz, then show all of us one REAL ALBUM that you have worked on.

You can't, because you haven't.

You work on car stereos at HH Gregg...

Everything you do is amateur, non-industry child's play.

I bet you don't even have a real degree.

But since you brought it up, where did you get your degree? I wonder, .... a Cracker Jacks' Box? The Alumni of Kellog's Rice Crispies?

What makes you think I took a 10 weeks training coarse? Talk about pulling stuff out of your butt....

Your resume reads like a fictional novel, because all of the referrences to anything REAL can not be verified by anyone, including yourself.

I just love pulling your chains ... You like to put up your dukes and fight because everything you claim can not be verified. So, instead of backing up your claims, you try to draw attention to your bad attitude and accusations.

Grow up RedBoy... Come in from the playground and have some milk and cookies, honey.... Maybe when you do, you'll remember that lying is bad and will get you no where ....

I won't play your name listing game, it's childish. The folks at Sony in the most part already know what I do and what I've done. I only wish I could share some of the convesations of what's been discussed about yourself and who "you think" you are.
tmrpro wrote on 5/14/2004, 8:49 AM
Go for it!

Do what you think is necessary!

Frankly, if they listen to you I could care less!!! It will only show where their integrity lies!

It would affect me in the least because you are a fraud and when they dig in to what you claim you do, as I have, they will see that you are nothing but a man with a computer and an overactive imagination!

"Frankly, if they listen to you I could care less!!! It will only show where their integrity lies!"

Oh so how entertaining, once again you show how you're the only professional on these forums, you're the only one who knows anything about recording.....did I mention you're a "pompous ass" yet? Well, that's pretty obvious anyways, just by reading your posts.
tmrpro wrote on 5/14/2004, 9:07 AM
Like I said, Red, show and verify!!!

Nothing's REAL in your world except your home computer and your internet connection... and it bares no resemblance to anything in the professional recording industry, because you have NEVER been associated with any of it.

Ramble on Red, your helping bring more attention to your total loser approach to dealing with criticism and you're bringing this topic to the top so perhaps my solution (which was my first post in this thread before it became a RedNBash thread) will be seen by the original author and help him solve his problem.

As soon as anyone reads all of the posts in succession in this thread, they'll recognize your beligerance and my attempts to solve a problem.
Rednroll wrote on 5/14/2004, 9:27 AM
Maybe, his problem has already been addressed, within my first response, thus why he hasn't had the need to come back and follow up. Thus, you're just blowing smoke up your own ass.
tmrpro wrote on 5/14/2004, 10:20 AM
Thus, thus, thus.... Yeah right Red... you really helped him by pointing out how much of an egomaniac, beligerant, wannabe you really are...

This is how unintelligent you are ReDnBoy:

The previous point was; that's an industry respected website that lists REAL industry releases...

I don't need to "toot" my own horn when the proof is in the pudding.

To the original poster: What driver model are you using (Windows Classic? ASIO? Other?)
PipelineAudio wrote on 5/14/2004, 12:32 PM
oh kickass, Im there too!

you got a big list, but mine has more METAL :)

nothing wrong with proving you know what the hell you are talking about in my humble opinion

tmrpro, I wonder if I shouldnt go the double wide route instead of the dual monitor thing too. Maybe a lot of my problems come from running duallies.
tmrpro wrote on 5/14/2004, 1:09 PM
You bet you're there, Aaron.

:)

Anyone who has actually done anything is....

But back to your question concerning Dual Monitors.... I do believe you use a substantial amount of additional resources when using a dual monitor configuration.

On the other hand, it would seem to me that a high enough resolution for a ton of real estate on a very large monitor would pull additional resources as well.

I don't know which would give a better result.

I bet the guys on the video side could give you a really good answer about that, though.
