Hi! very frustrating to find out that my software which was so easy to download before can not be downloaded again. I need to re-download my copy of the latest version of Vegas Pro 13.  When I go to the Sony site, it redirects me here, but there are no options to download the old version. When I try to write support, it says, put more description in and won't send it. When I try to call the number for sales support, it says, we're not there because it's after hours, but it's during business hours.  What gives, Magix? this is really bad customer service!  If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.
