Rent an HDCAM deck, or send your HDV cassette to somewhere in your area that has one.
4:2:2 out of the cam, component in to the deck, or 4:2:2 from the cam to HDSDI converter/HDSDI into the HDCAM deck. I don't know about Georgia, but there are several places in central FL that offer this service for a couple hundred bucks.
If you've edited your show acquired in HDV, you'll do better sending them a hard drive and having them print from that, and the cost is about the same.
