My Sony Creative Software "Studio" product(s) does not open on first launch. How do I fix this?

To resolve the problem, please try the following steps:
1) In the Start menu, select "Run..."
2) In the Run dialog, type or paste the following text:
cacls "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents" /G Everyone:F
3) Click OK in the Run dialog.
4) A command window will appear and prompt you "Are you sure (Y/N)?". Type Y and press the Enter key.
5) Try again to launch your Studio product. You should expect to see the registration dialog.
