Image Blending (For those familiar with VW)

I was wondering if it's possible to resize and reposition the overlayed clip, as well as have it move across the screen, using VF. I can do it in VideoWave, but I'd like to stay within one program if possible.

Take a look at Pan/Crop for the image event. Click on the top little FX icon thingie-mabob and choose the Pan/Crop tab.
