Image sequence import bug???

I encountered a strange behaviour of VV3 when importing an image sequence (happened both on JPEGs and PNGs):

After the import the frame rate of the clip is automatically set to 1 fps. So if I import a sequence of 10 frames it's then 10 seconds of length. If I import a sequence of 35 Frames it's 35 seconds of length.
Then sometimes suddenly it AUTOMATICALLY changes its property from 1 fps back to 25 fps (it's PAL on my system) and everything's fine then.

Anybody else noticed that or any ideas what might be the reason for that?

Yes - I've seen this as well. If you simply import the sequence, and then drag it to the timeline, it will be set to 1Fps. If you right click on the media after importing it, before dragging it to the timeline, and choose "Properties", and then just click on "Ok", it gets set to the correct FPS.

Thanks for your reply!
I tried to reproduce your method of overcoming this prob and it really works :-)

And we both are the only one having this problem?
